Quality

Louis Renner GmbH introduced its first quality management manual as early as 1984. The manual was replaced by a new one in March 1993. At the same time the company was certified by an independent institute, and according to the guidelines in this manual, has successfully maintained its world-famous quality standard up to the present day. The Romanian company SC Electrometalurgy SRL was successfully certified in March 2017 according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

The quality management system of both companies is based on fulfilment of the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. In implementing this system we adhere to the following criteria:

• Maximum customer satisfaction
• Zero error targeting
• Eliminating errors and their causes
• Obligation to continuously improve product quality
• Economical and sustainable use of all the raw materials and resources
• Suppliers and sub-suppliers are required to satisfy the same quality standard

We ensure this by implementing all innovative key powder metallurgy and metal processing technologies that are required to manufacture our products. In doing so we focus increasingly on avoiding potential errors rather than remedying ones that have occurred. Quality is created at the workplace, and not during subsequent testing.

Our competitiveness in the global market is based on our product quality and reliable delivery. Quality is when the customer comes back, and not the product.
